As a carriage of average description rolled into town, a pair of pale blue eyes looked out of the window at the buildings passing by.

"This is it," the carriage driver said, bringing the carriage to a stop.

"Thank you, Admiral," the passenger replied, climbing out.

"Whatever," the driver mumbled to himself, starting up the carriage once more.

Standing on the side of the street, Roland glanced around at the colourful buildings surrounding him. Everywhere he looked there seemed to be happy and pleasant people. Despite the abundance of fur showing on many of the female residents, BonBon appeared to be a civilised location.

"Well I like it," the rodent said, as if objecting to someone else's opinion of the town. "I think we should stay here for a while. Maybe even permanently. Come, Helga, let us find some work so that we can eat some dinner tonight."

With the coconut under his arm, Roland marched off towards the center of town, figuring it to be the most likely place to find stores and other places of commerce.

"Thank you." a sweet voice says to a tall Feline male as he hands a brown bag to a raccoon wearing a golden dress.

Turning around she walks away pulling a large strawberry out and taking a bite out of it she walks through the street.

With a content look on her face as she continues to eat she doesn't watch where she is going and walks directly in front of brown and black furred figure with a coconut.

"Woops! Hello," Roland said, looking up at the female raccoon as he suddenly stops. "Do you know I might find some work?"

Stopping at the males voice she turns with another strawberry in her hand, "Oh hello," she says with a smile, "and i'm not sure about work."

"That's alright. I'm not sure it'll work either. But one's gotta try," the rodent replied, a thoughtful look on his face. "Perhaps that fellar over there will be of some assitence."

Roland points to a stack of crates.

"I'm sure he can." Jessica says before turning to look in the direction he was pointing, and than just staring blankly at the crates she turns back looking curiously at him.

"But enough about that. I need to find a job. Would you happen to know where I could find one?" Roland asked, looked at the raccoon with questioning eyes.

Jessica looked at Roland puzzled, "I... uh..." putting the strawberry she was holding back into the bag slowly, "I'm still not sure."

"Well if you're not sure, you shouldn't have bought them," Roland looked at her as she put the strawberry in the bag. "Waste of money buying something you don't even know if you want. You need to get you priorities in order, young man."

"That is Helga?" Jessica said in disbelief as she stared at the coconut blankly.

"How rude!" Roland exclaimed, tucking the coconut under his arm protectively. "How would you like it if you were called 'that'?"

Turning abruptly, the disheveled jerboa began to walk off, clearing having taken offense at the raccoon's words.

Jessica continued to stare blankly at the jerboa a moment longer before she ran up to him.

"Wait," she says putting her hand on his shoulder, "I'm sorry."

Roland turned to look at the raccoon.

"Oh, hello. Might you happen to know where I could find a job?" The past conversation seemed to have never happened.

Taking her hand off his shoulder Jessica steps back fighting the urge to hit him on the head.

"You have a name?" she says trying to remain civil.

"Of course I do," the rodent said smartly, "Roland Arnold Esq. at your service. And what might your name be, lovely miss?"

Cradling the coconut under his left arm, Roland extended his right hand to shake the raccoon's.

"And this is Helga," Roland said after shaking Jessica's hand. He held up the coconut to show the raccoon for only a few moments before tucking it back under his arm.
