| That is of course assuming that there are any feral types in this world. |

Horses are used to drive wagons and are controled with reins.

Would you treat someone you could talk to like that?

I think what Kiala was asking is, does the ability exist. As a cousin/relation of that particular feral species, could one possess the capability/capacity to learn to understand and comunicate with their feral counterpart.

I don't think Kiala's quiry intended to mean that every anthro would be talking to feerals on a daily basis, or that it'd be something inate like breathing. More like a rare and/or dead language one can choose to learn. In a way humans can already talk to domesticated animals through understanding of their behaviour and giving them basic commands they in turn have learned from us. I think what Kiala might be meaning is a slightly more advanced form of this comunication without rising the ferals intellect to that of its counterpart.

I could be wrong, though. |

| I haven't seen anything in Vanessa's work, that suggests the characters consider themselves related to feral animals in any way. They may refer to each other by species, but I get the feeling that they all consider themselves and each other to be "human". So them having some form of kinship and being able to communicate with feral animals, seem rather unlikely IMO. |

Furries should be considered "human" for all intent and purpose.

Otherwise, we start getting into more gray areas that will restrict me from using VISA billing as a processor.

In the "furry" world, each "species" is somewhat like our human 'race'.

"asians,africans,mexicans,french,italians, etc..."

We should treat the evolution of furries species similar to Humans and Apes evolution.

Just for the sake of background side notes. Visa awhile back made some new policy that no new CCBILLing accounts/subaccounts can be created that have "non-humans" be portrayed in any sexual activities. This new policy prevented us from using BloodySugar as a succubus. Former drawings of BloodySugar had a tail and lizard like tongues and a different skin tone. VISA did not allow it. We had to change BloodySugar to be a witch. Sites that have been pre-approved before the policy was God-Fathered and allowed to continue running.

With their policy, "Superman" theortically is an alien. He wouldn't be allowed to have sex. Some X-men characters for instance would not be allowed to have sex if they were not 'human'. Had a long conversation with the CCBILL policy reviewers back in the days. Its retarded and stupid. If you guys want to complain about it - you should do it to VISA.

What really doesn't make sense to me is VISA is used to charge movies, and DVD sales and crap like that on lots of movies such as Avatar and Underworld, and other vampire movies with non-humans portrayed having sex. It baffles me on their logic of "non-humans".

I think comics and cartoons should be excluded from this rule honestly. As it prevents alot of creativity and story telling. |

I'm just baffled. Absolutely baffled...

The world in generallt really needs to recognise and accept adult entertainment - of any form (within reason) - as a legitimate business. Sex and adult situations are a part of life no matter how much people want to deny it and every day it is treated as if it's evil. We might as well still be living in the blasted dark ages or something the way a lot of people and businesses act.

"Baw! I don't want to be associated with that because it's anthropomorphic characters having sex!" Who gives a fuck? You're making money, stop your bitching.

The hippies back in the 60s had the right idea about this, as a basis. The human body/ form - and the enjoyment of it - should not be labeled as something that is bad. Assuming the right measures are taken, there is no reason why sex and sexual activities or adult entertainment should be considered a "behind closed doors only" thing. |

| Things like this really shouldn't have any rules on it, its blocking other artists creativity and taking it away, making them do it they way they want it, and I hate it when people tell me how to do my art, and try to make me do something I dont want to do or normally dont do, its like taking a persons rights away, its wrong completely wrong! |

| Talking to the ferals, that is sounds more like Dr. Dolittle. Thou i would have to agree with Scorpia (big time) on this one. Much like Arthur Dent on the Hitch Hikers Guide to the galaxy, i wouldnt be able to eat a steak after haveing a conversation what a domseticaded feral cow that the steak came from. |
