*yawn*
Seriously? This Chuck Norris joke has been done to death and beyond. I fail to see anything but lame in that video. |

Oh, yeah? Gunna break the game even more and cause another half-dozen thousand accounts to go dark? |

((Silv,
I dunno. Blizz does a very good job at game-balance issues. I'm not convinced the game is broken now. It has changed from it's first iteration years ago, yet the change has been positive and productive.
Anyway, Blizz also knows how to draw/retain audiences. As such, while a "half-dozen thousand accounts" may go dark... I'd expect considerably more to re-activate, and more new accounts to be made.
Anyway, might as well see what all the Panderan fuss is about, before we go and say if something is broken or not. )) |

At least now we have a class that can actually revolve around the fist weapons. I have yet to see a class till now that could actually captitalize on its use. While it could be used with rogues, they were more with the use of knives and swords. |

((Rune174,
I don't know what you're talking about, in your "Class that can actually revolve around fist weapons". My primary character has the achievement "Did Someone Order a Knuckle Sandwich!" So, paladin-class types have been Holy pummeling stuff for years ^_^
Um... yeah... me and my sense of humor. To me it's even funnier as, while my paladin is duel-specced, for about 99.997% of the game, I've played her as a Holy paladin. And... there's also the eye-rolling, double entendre of a paladin who fists her opponents too... so... um... yeah. Me and my humor.
OH! My Tyrael mount arrived yesterday. And... I'm not as impressed with it as I wanted to be. It seems too... stocky for a horse-type mount. I really would have preferred something more Quel'Dalore-style steed in terms of proportions... or at least a real pegasus. *pouts* That's my dream. To actually be able to get a pegasus. Not a horse with star-wings... or a horse with angel-vapor wings... or a silver-white hippogriff. But a real, honest to goodness pegasus. Ah to dream. )) |

Well Caroline, I've never played a Paladin except up to twenty when I wanted to try it out. So you have alot more experience than I do in such regards. Still, I can't say that fist weapons are their primary weapons of choice for DPS. Still, I have alot less experience, lol, so I'm hardly one to talk. I always pictured 1H maces and swords for their damage output. |

Somebody try to guess my profession in this game. One that I was quite proficient with. |

((Rune174,
Well, being a Holy Paladin, my DPS blows. I think Holy Priests do better damage than I do. It's why I hate soloing. It takes for-freaking-ever for me to actually kill something my level. Though I do find all my undead-turning-spell-power-mojo fun to use in Scholomance and Stratholme. Double-side-track-though, the new Scholomance and Stratholme are... weird. I used to remember going in there, and it was just you... your few friends... and a whole lot of undead. OH! And the evil postmen. You know you've got a hard-core postal service, if they still protect the mail after they're dead. Nobody tampered with the Royal Post of Stormwind. Anyway, now the Argent Dawn is finally getting off their Argent A$$, and actually doing something. There are like... tons of quests in those dungeons now. It's... just weird.
Anyway, right now, I do have the whole mace-and-sheild combo thingy going on. It's been the same mace-and-sheild for a long while now. I really need to get a new mace or something. I've tried being a retro-paladin to see what all the fuss is about being "1337 dpser" or stuff... but it's just not my game. I kinda like being a combat medic.
Side-note, I do hope Blizz puts in some sort of costume-closet feature.... where you can store all your holiday clothing outfits, tabards and that style of clothing, without them taking up like... every last, freaking, spot in your bank inventory. I bet I could sell/delete all that stuff... but I'm worried that doing so will take away the achievements and whatnot I've earned from them.
Anyway, back to your question. I'd have to say... a hunter. A draenai hunter. With a cat and bow. You know, thinking of that, if I were a dwarven hunter, I'd be damned if I'd ever be caught using some bow. If I were a dwarven hunter, I'd have a dwarven rifle. The biggest, most-multi-barreled-est, loudest, fire-belching-est, dwarven-gatling-rifle EVAR! And one of those phoenix-birds... from the Blood Elf starting area. Because there are no problems that cannot be solved by the judicious application of more gunpowder... and fire to set off the gunpowder... hence the bird. And, again, my... odd sense of humor. )) |

Well, as long as you play to your strengths Caroline, then that is when you know you are having fun. I've been to Scholomance prior to Northrend update when they moved its location. I used to go there all the time to make fun of the various enemies that dwelled within. Oddly enough though, they did alot of damage for guys that were 20-30 levels below. Probably should have tried to get one of those Cursed legendary blades during that time. I cannot for the life of me remember it |
