My older brother, Philip (a Grey Wolf) has moved home to like in Bolsover, Derbyshire. It's upsetting I know, especially for my mum, but I went and gave him for a joint birthday and Christmas present a 3DS with assesory pack, Starfox 64 3D and Mario Kart 7.

Well, its still a nice thing then that he is trying to be independant. I'm doing the same soon once I get a full time job to get myself my own apartment and live away from the constraints of living with my dad. He is trying to support that, though I can tell he is having a difficult time accepting it.

I plan on doing the same though it depends on what college I get accepted to and weather a Dorm or an apartment is cheaper.

My brother has gone to live with his friend, Angel in Bolsover, and has a job as a waitor in a resturant not far from there.

Unfortunately, unless I live with a bunch of people living in the same apartment. I cannot live in an appartment with just a waiter being my job.

Hey Rune I know of a few places in San Antonio, with apartments that are relatively cheap, about $270 for a one bedroom though the price goes off your income. The apartments are run by USDA, and the company I know of is called Town&Country management.

Sounds pretty good. I could actually live rather well then if I had rent like that. Still if I bussed full time, I could make ends meet. Hopefully not, as I'm trying to get myself a job at the Post office since its classified as a Government Service Position.

Can't go wrong with government job.

Also most mangers that runs these properties are strict with their rules since it's a privilege to live in one of those apartments since it's funded by the government. Also you can't have any criminal records (minus speeding tickets) and you can't have any previous evictions on your record.

Considering that I have I have neither ticket, criminial record, or convictions, I won't have to worry about that.

Well, then you're good to go. The only thing you have to deal with is monthly inspections from the manager, an occasional inspection by the company, then a yearly from the state, that and possible annoying neighbors.
