Seems like your version of shockwave is older.
Try uninstalling shockwave and then reinstall it using the lastet version.
Select the full install.
If you ever need to uninstall and reinstall shockwave, you can get the uninstaller at this location: http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/alternates/
Also- try using IE9 if that is available to you.
Or a different browser like firefox and let me know if that changes your viewing. |

I sent you an email too.
The screen shots you sent me aren't consistent with each other.
They both do different weird displays.
Check also to see if you have any viruses.
And definitely try to play the game with a different browser like firefox. Download firefox and install shockwave for that so you can compare the two. (send me screen shot if they're different from IE.) |
