Japan has some of the most rigid social protocols in the world.
They have strict rules on porn.
I would venture things like this is a way to release. Doing things that are not rude or improper, but unique.
THen again, I am probably just talking bull.
Japan is a very contradictory country. Very social, but then very formal...

From what I have seen on the internet, Japan is a very sexually... open country. I have seen short videos and gifs of some of the most wild, astonishing and... highly arousing things from Japan... such as a class where there are about 20-30 women all masturbating as per instructed by a MALE instructor. I've seen clips of gameshows where chics are stripped and fucked. News casts where the news reader strips and is fucked. I've even seen what appears to be some kind of sex-ed class where the students strip and fuck. I'm honestly not sure if this is staged or if it's legit... but god fucking dam... despite their strict censorship laws, Japan has to be one of the most oversexed countries on this planet. I even saw a gif of a girl group doing a film clip for a video... stark naked. I watched a video on Dailymotion where this chic went in for a massage that included explicit focus on her breasts! And I'm not talking about just massaging them, I'm talking licking and sucking. I've seen dozens of clips where people are naked and fucking on public transportation like it's as normal as reading a bloody book.
Then there's the weird shit. I'm not going to go into details about what I saw two Japanese chics do to an octopuss...
And let's not forget the many, many, MANY hentais and live action movies that are more porn related than anything else.
Japan is like... a pervert's heaven... but blurry. |

| I would not contradict that, as its been seen by alot of people. The first time I've even noticed any kind of sexual deviation came from Japan was an old show on SPIKE called 'The World's Most XTreme Elimination Challenge'. It was a Jap show that was about these hundreds of people participating in a series of random challenges that were both difficult and funny should the person fail. It had rather poor translations of the actual dialogue, which research shows that it was alot dirtier than Americans would admit, but it was pretty obvious, especially when Gee made advances on alot of contestants (or visa versa). Even with the bad dialogue, the content of some of the challenges seemed oddly perveted. Like they had to slide down this narrow slippery slide passage and come out the middle and try to land on a platform that was floating over water. |

No, not "open".
Some facts:
1. Japan does not have the "cultural shame" of the Bible and related religious writing that seek to control sexuality. As it it, the Old and New testament of the bible mainly focus on sex after marriage, but generally do not prohibit exhibitions.
2. Buddhism and Shintoism are neutral on sex.
3. Japanese see sex as a normal biological function, like eating and excretion.
4. The rule on censorship is actually put in by USA advisors during the writing of the post WW2 constitution.
5. Communal baths are always nude. All the public bath houses (Sentō are separated male/female, but a few may have communal areas.
With that in mind:
1. Proper dress is a must!
2. Outdoor nudity is frowned on, so it sex outdoors no matter how well concealed. (thus existence of "love hotels" everywhere)
3. THe same stigma of Slut and Prostitute do exist.
4. Prostitution is illegal, but rampant. Police for most part do not enforce laws for various reasons.
4. Sexually explicit manga, Dojin, and anime is aNEW phenomena!! It started in mid 80's with "Lolita Anime" and "Cream Lemon" Dojinshi started about the same time, as a way for up and coming artist to make a mart. But as things go, Sex Sells, and most of Dojin tended to be of sexual nature.
The wrench messing up everything:
*Japan's economy has been in a DEpression for last 22 years. It is BAD.
*The Japanese population is shrinking because couples are financially afraid, most times just having one child, or even none.
*The Japanese government is trying different programs to encourage more offspring, and I guess they are unofficially allowing more explicit media to go around to get everyone horny.
As can be seen post 3/11 Tsunami, Japanese government is seriously F***ed up. If it was not for the unbelievably cooperative nature of the Japanese people their would be a revolution. |
