As of this day forward, all Bronies and anything to do with My Little Pony are Banned from my deviantart page and Group Page. Any My Little Pony related picture, meme or trollface will be immediately deleted and the user blocked perminently! Reason is because of all the Bronyfags, Bronie Trolls, Overfad Fans and anything in which would cause a conspiracy.

I can understand wanting to have people who are getting away with harassment come to justice. I don't know if that's the best answer. It can cause more problem than it solves. I don't know of a better way to solve the problem either.

Why not hire moderators that can delete these spam accounts, or at least ban them? At least people would get some form of job doing this. This comes back to account making on places like yahoo. People should'nt be able to make multiple accounts the way they do. Get rid of that and you can get rid of spamming.

Something along the lines of a dormant tracker on copyrighted content that triggers on download and red flags on upload would probably work, but any system put in place will just lead to workarounds.

Every computer and internet enabled device has an IP adress, you just need the software and the know how to track some one down. Thou smart hackers could just go through proxys to mask ther IP adress.

And as for the Bronies that are pissing you off. The more popular some thing gets, the more douche bags that are attracted. Take Halo and Call of Duty as examples, playing online on thous games you will hear morons that act like they were raised by 4chan's /b/ section, not to mention idiots that think calling every one a fag is eny were close to a proper greating.

So in short, i could waste my life away apologiseing for idiots with in the bronie community, but it wouldnt help much. But hay, that is why the ignore command was made.
