I have enjoyed myself here for the most part. But a good guest knows when to leave the party, and for me that time has finally come.
I wrote a farewell story several months ago intending then to make the break but I have come back on and off hoping.. well who knows.
I may return from time to time in the future as the some of the other royal members do.

Running up to where everyone else is watching Tearlach leave, Caroline pauses and pants tp catch her breath. She then fumbles a bit with the beret and MacAlpine tartan she wears. Tucking the bagpipes under her arm, she plays Warm Summer Winds while trying to keep from crying.
