hey guys what can you tell me about the coach of dutch eindhoven..i think his name is hoost something.
he has today been appointed coach of our national Australian soccer team.
i understand he is going to continue coaching eindhoven at the same time he coaches our national squad.
the pressure is on him to get us to the world cup for the 1st time.if he does he will be a huge name here.
ps isn't eindhoven martinas team too? |

Yep Martina is PSV Endhoven fan! 
The coach you mention is Guus Hiddink. He lead PSV to becoming national championship last season. He also lead the Korean national team to the semifinals in the last worldcup. They scored very good for such an underdog team. In Korea he became honorable citizen.
I'm sure the Australian time will do well with him as coach. Wish you guys luck Rastus! |

At the risk of stirring up a hornet's nest of football allegiances, I will admit that Liverpool was my favorite club when I was growing up. Can't really recall why I latched on to that team. Maybe their cool red jerseys.
Nowadays it is somewhat difficult to keep up with any of the league happenings now that I live in the soccer graveyard known as the U.S.
