I don't know if anyones brought this up before (probably but I don't want to search all over) anyway I was wondering, what if we had a message box on the main forums where members could chat to each other? I've used them on other forums before and they are fun

Something like a public chatroom box for the whole forum to gather in.

Something like this has been suggested before, but I think that the difficult in moderating it is one of the main reasons why we don't have a chatroom.

Yes, I believe someone did create one, but Ronald had to take it down. I think minors got on or something like that.

If you folks want one, it would have to be independent of the site.

i rember reading about one i think a royal member called gantros made one but im not 100% sure

i know it was taken done for a few reason's one or teo of them was becuse passwords where beening shared and the comic was getting leaked and pirated

if i thiought about it a think it was right to have been taken down i think we can all chat well enoth here even if we are all in diffrent time zones and never on at the same time we can still all see each others messages

and then ronald can keep an eye on what we are writeing and that i dont know thats just my opion

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an MMO! It's a way to chat and meet new people and for friends to hang and what-not.

We plan to build something more community friendly next year.

There will be a major change in the way our websites work.

A single signon account.
Each account will use your email address to login so it will be unique and private to you. We'll have differently security levels too to ensure people are not sharing accounts.

We'll look into doing a chatroom or build a better forum or a place for you guys to RP. Any suggestions or help in this area would be nice. We're collecting feature ideas and wish lists. The forum change won't be a big priority yet but it's still up there when we switch to the new login system.

Your single account will be used to access BonBon, Vixine, EAdultgames, and other sites that I run. Once you login, you'll be able to purchase access to the various "VIP" areas (members area basically). And when you cancel membership, you won't lose your login but you'll just lose access to the VIP area. Somethings will be permanent to your account.

Example: We're planning to allow you to "collect" pages from the comics, so that you can "keep" your pages that you've collected and login at anytime to view them (regardless of your VIP stats).

This is like cloud storage. We'll start offering things people can collect.

True. I hope no one steals anymore from our lovely Vanessa. It sucks to see such a wonderful artist get stolen from.

Granted it was how I found such a wonderful place was looking up furry art. But it never should've been stolen in the first place.

I despise people that do that. It's not just a hobby. These people do this for a living. And it's sad to see it come down to thievery.

Well I understand the need to share somethings to get the word out there.

Like the first issue. And that's alot of pages already.

But it's flat out killing us when the latest updated pages are being posted.

And the entire issues after issue #1.

I don't feel too bad about issue #1 being shared.

But when you see all the new content of the past issues from #3 - #13 being shared. That's a huge problem.

Our sales have dropped so dramatically because members joined and return to the site they found us on and noticed that they can get all the same pages in the members area, they then quit on us.

If we keep losing sales like this, we have to figure out how to make money or we call it quits because we're not making enough to pay the bills. Time = money, so our time must be spent on something else.

The problem with viewable content is that its too easily shareable. The only solution is to go with interactive materials that are locked down on the site, requiring people to stay.

And you wonder why companies are doing games with DRM. It's because of piracy. Companies like UBIsoft tried to do DRM with their games. Now they're realizing that they can't make any money even with just DRM games because people figured out how to crack it. They're reverting to do "Free to Play" online games, that forces players to play games that are "client server based".

Yes. Sadly, today's generation simply have neither respect nor care for the hard work that gets put into these wonderful works of art. They sit behind their computers with one hand on their mouse and the other down their pants thinking they are entitled to all the stuff good, honest people work so dilligently to bring us. Their minds see nothing of the bigger picture, nothing of the time and effort put into the work and nothing of the servers which are used to house these works and keep them available.

They think only of thsemselves and not a single other.

It's a shame that (I think I saw this mentioned once before and was set aside due to being too costly) we can't have some type of Royal Member's exclusive privelige where Royal Members can be issued a printed copy of completed issues along with an exclusive pinup.

I bet that would hold a few members.

I hope we don't have to shut down. This too great of a site. I love the story and everything. And I've made new friends because of it. And I would hate to see all of the hard work you, sir Ronald, and miss Vanessa have done go to waste.

I do hope you figure out soon how to lock this stuff to site only. It would be a shame to see the site disappear.

I'm even paying the $25 a month thing. Granted I could save myself $10 by doing 3 months at a time, but since the money issues are expanding, and just because I care so much, an extra ten won't kill me.

I know it's not a lot only coming from one guy, but if I could donate more I would. Free money for me is tight. This is really one of my few places to spend it though, as I don't get out much on account of nothing to really do around my hometown.

I hope things gets figured out soon...
