Jessica shook her head as she took another piece out, "I only knew it was going to be a day with sweets, but it got so much better." she said with a playful wink before popping it into her mouth and chewing slowly.

Jessica nodded a little, "Most of it... there have been a few rough spots," she says before tilting her head to the side, "odd in a bad way?"

"But enough of that," she laughed. A carriage rode by with flowers. Reina's nose caught wind of them. "They smell so sweet," she said looking at Jessica.

Jessica sniffed the air and smiled as she followed the cart with her nose, "Oh my yes it does!" she says with a soft giggle.

"Wait here." Reina chased after the cart quickly. She talked to the driver and handed him a few coins and he handed her several lilacs.

Reina returned with the flowers and handed them to Jessica. "Here. Some sweet lilacs for the sweet raccoon," she smiled.

Jessica blushed as she took the flowers and held them like they were fragil pieces of art before she smelled them with a deep long inhale then looked at Reina, "Thank you so much." she said sweetly with her blush not fading at all.

Reina sat down again. "It's the only way I could think at the second to repay you for the sweets."

A few moments passed before Jessica replied, but she didn't use her words instead she quickly leaned forward and kissed Reina, barely more than a peck on the lips then she turned away blushing deeply at what she had done.

It was simply something she couldn't pass up, maybe it was the chocolates or maybe it was something more.

Reina's eyes widened a bit from the surprise kiss. She blushed and looked at Jessica. She layed her hand on Jessica's shoulder. "Now I never thought about that," she smiled.

Jessica didn't turn back still blushing deeply, "I just couldn't resist it Reina," she says quietly, "I'm sorry if that upset you."

She hoped though that it hadn't because she had liked it.

Reina smiled at the raccoon. She used her hand to turn Jessica's head towards hers. She winked and kissed her gently. Her lips tasted of the candy they just ate.

Jessica was surprised by the returned kiss since she had thought Reina didn't like it, instead the fox had returned the gesture.

The raccoon could taste the chocolate on Reina's lips and pushed back against her just a little as her eyes closed slowly.

After a few seconds, Reina leaned back and smiled. "Sweets, flowers, and a kiss... What a day this seems to be," she giggled.

Jessica slowly opened her eyes once Reina pulled back from the kiss, "It really has been a wonderful day," she says putting a hand to her still slightly tingling lips from the feeling that still lingered there, "thank you Reina."

Jessica shook her head a little in response to Reina's, "Not really, most days I just spend at home except when I need to go out to get something to eat."

"Well, we should do something then." Reina stood up and walked around behind Jessica and bent over and leaned against the bench with her head next to Jessica's. "Any ideas?" she smiled.
