| If using firefox, install the add on video downloadhelper. In chrome, install the extension fvd video downloader. |

I installed video downloadhelper to firefox. It worked the first time but I didn't download the video. Since then, it doesn't detect the video. Every other video but not the holiday treat video. Any ideas? |
