We all know the earliest motorcycle was something like this:

Would any have existed in Bon Bon?
My character would use such a vehicle as his ride, Albeit with some modifications to make it resemble a cruiser, Like the ones at Harley-Davidson. |

Like TVs, automobiles were primarily used by the rich and important, those who could afford them. Though their design and function was sound, they were rarely used. I imagine the earliest motorcycles would have been the same, if not more so.
That's not to say no one would have had them in BonBon, I'm not sure. But I highly doubt very many people would have had one. Also, as BonBon isn't exactly a large settlement, like, say... London, and also looks to be rather packed... I would imagine it wouldn't be the most practical thing to have for getting about. Still, not saying you can't have one. I'm just pointing out some tidbits for consideration, that's all. |

My character ain't an ordinary labourer.

He's really handy with machines.
Going as far as to search the local scrap yard for metal, And bringing it home to his barn.
He melts them up and hammers them, To make a crude engine.
Like the ones he saw while reading some schematics.
Same thing for the entire bike itself. |

| I usually like to build stuff, not sure entirely what I would be building in bonbon, since in my own story I built things like mechs, but that would be completely out of place. perhaps I build carriages |
