| Hello everyone, this is a very important announcement. In Italy there are currently strong earthquakes. In my house the tremors were strong enough to make us flee in the dead of night many times. I had prepared the luggage ready and I assure you that the tremors in my house are really strong and we are scared a lot. We went out of home many times, and returned after several hours. This week there have been stronger shocks of all time. I have to turn away from my computer and I always pray that my house will not collapse but when there are shocks I run out without thinking. These two weeks have been the worst and I could not work on the computer in this situation. A few hours ago, early this morning, there was the strongest quake ever, since 1980, I was so scared and we runned out. Some objects have fallen from our shelves, it was terrible this time HUGE. Currently I can't access to my external hard drive and work because I turned off it to unplug and bring it with me in my car. At the moment the earth is shaking here. You can't imagine what it means to wake up with the bed moving and shakes and running in pajamas out of the front door and not knowing if it is a dream or reality and your house is shaking and everything makes noise ... this morning it was terrible! I can not bring myself to stay calm at my computer, two days ago I ran away with Photoshop was still on and I was coloring. I left the computer on and I ran away. Our thoughts and concern are only for our parents and relatives at the moment. Our cell phones do not work today, fortunately we have what's up and internet, but not the telephone line to call. I am writing this while I'm separating from my computer my external hard drive that contains the backup of all my jobs ( last backup in September, unfortunately) and will bring it in our car. Sorry for the bad english of this message. We are preparing some things to keep in our car as blankets and pillows in case that even this night we will sleep in the car, chargers, documents, water ... Because we already slept in the car with other people who go out to the streets in the night. I go out again now and turn off my computer. We hope that will end soon, but we can't know it, bye, Vanessa. | | _________________

| Of course, your safety and the safety of your friends and family take top priority. I think it is a safe assumption that no one here would expect or ask of you to consider the comic before them. Be safe, and I hope that you and your loved ones get through this together. | | _________________

| Thank you all. Today morning another shake of 4.2, smaller, I'm back again on the new page of PBB and making another backup. I have an external hard drive and when I finish I will unplug it and put it into a bag near the door. I am pretty sure that my house is new and safe instead of the houses in Rome that were evacuated, many citizens of Rome have had to leave their houses and some roads were closed. But these are the oldest buildings of my. Mine has some little cracks but nothing serious, but you never know ... I hope there will be no more than 7.0 shocks ! With that I do not know if my house hold up...and since the shocks can not predict or calculate whenever it begins an I go to the front door with the bare essentials ready to go. It is a real stress and concern. | | _________________

| A friend of mine helped on this so I hope his Italian is good: Avendo vissuto in alcuni luoghi del terremoto incline offro questo consiglio: Stop a lavorare sul fumetto fino ad avere il via libera. Essere sicuro dovrebbe essere la vostra prima priorità. | | _________________

| Been away for a while and was wondering you and Marco got through that whole business. I am glad to hear that you are both okay. | | | | |
