"If you snack around the clock, too much fat in your diet could be to blame. In a recent lab study, rats who were put on a high-fat diet gobbled up more snacks than rats who were fed a low-fat diet. Even more revealing, the rats on the high-fat diet gorged on fatty, high-calorie snacks.

Hormone Could Help
To determine what effect fullness has on snacking, the researchers took the study one step further, injecting the two sets of rats with a "fullness hormone" called CCK. After the injections, their snacking habits were the same, showing that fullness didn't stop the rats on the high-fat diet from over-indulging at snack-time.

While the hormone has not yet been tested on humans, researchers call it "one important feedback signal" that might limit eating, offering promise that such a hormone could help over-eaters resist the urge to snack"

No wonder i like to snack Rolling Eyes

Yum! Do you have your own frying pan?
Always nice for a nightly snack.

I have strange snacking habbits.
Sometimes I eat some dry cornflakes as a snack.
Am I the only one? Curious
