I guess Martina objected to the first pics I posted, too, since they're gone. Sorry, Martina!
I admit this particular fetish isn't my cuppa, and I didn't bother collecting any images that seemed to show our fair lady in any real distress. However, some show her pretty well trussed up (ropes, ball gags, and such).
Maybe I'll just use the "pretty" shots and leave the rest out. There are some very pretty shots, so everyone should enjoy them. (None of them nude, alas -- all the nudes include ropes and such.) Here's one I really like:
