Ah. Well, you see, my comment was from one fursona to another, so it's fine.
Plus, believe me when I say I've had experience when it comes to someone's fursona, character, avatar or the like being of the opposite sex. I used to have a few friends who played the opposite gender.
Hrm. Perhaps I should make it more clear when it is me speaking or acting and when it is Tadelesh.. |

Hehe, yes sorry about the slight misunderstanding.
The whole fursona thing confuses me anyway, and I don't mind if you wish to make a comment from one fursona to another. I can't even keep up with the roleplaying that's going on, and I'm not even sure how to really think of my fursona/avatar. |

It's fine. It can be confusing at first when you're in a forum with people talking as themselves and as a fictional character. I'm used to it, so it doesn't affect me quite as badly as some. I've not roleplayed for a LONG time though, apart from.. ahem.. more intimate situations.
Personally, though this may or may not apply to you, I think of my avatar/fursona simply as a character I am in control of. A lot of the time, his personality is quite similar to my own, but there are aspects of his behaviour that are vastly different to mine. If you're a dab hand at roleplaying, it's easy, but if it's your first time, it can be difficult to get a grasp of it.
I seem to have rambled a bit, but I hope I've helped a little. |

Correct me if I'm wrong, sir, but is that not a tautology? You greeted me twice in one sentence, I believe.

And congratulations on being the first person to pick up on that! You get the coveted Gold Star Sticker! |

Ahem. Let me rephrase.
A Gold Star Sticker? Yay!
Is that better? |

Would you like to discuss the effects of time travelling instead? (like if you go back in time and accidentally kill your parents, what will happen? Will you vanish? But then, if you vanished you couldn't have gone back and .... ) |

Greetings, Kommy.
Yes, we do, saphron. I suspect that it's merely because everyone likes to welcome new people though.
Hmm. That's a silly question. Everyone knows it's impossible to time travel, so why even bother considering the effects of it? |

-laughs heartily- I have already noticed that. Cake and pie fights all round. I am well used to them, don't worry. I don't actually mind getting hit with one as long as it's a tasty one. |

As far as I can tell, you're the only one who throws such devices, so I'll merely beware of yours.
I have been thinking about an occupation for Tadelesh. I was thinking perhaps a street magician, like a Victorian David Blaine; what do people think? One trick I was thinking of was that old "pea and cups" (or other variants) trick, where you have to try and follow which cup the pea is under, and guess correctly. |

Well greetings new comer *waves friendly like* nice to meet you.
Xebulon, logic is fun, but sometimes it takes away from the imagination and can turn what was once fun into dull work and math. XP |

Thank you, sir. -returns the wave- Nice to meet you too.
I agree that sometimes it takes away from the imagination, but math is never dull. |

*walks in*
*splats a lemon custard pie in Shadow's face*
Sorry, Shadow ol' pal, but the pie kitten took the day off. You'll have to content yourself with this, or with the self-service option.
*pulls out a huge tray of mixed pies, including (well hidden among the others) the dreaded rhubarb pie, and puts it on a table*
Have fun.
*walks out* |
