It means every once in a while, someone will start a pie fight. A pie fight being a bunch of people throwing pies at one another, using more and more silly, destructive and elaborate methods and making ridiculous comments.

No imagery, though I might get another pice for the first story I mentioned, from the same artist who did my avatar. I won't give his name away here btw. But I respect him ALOT.
