I think he means the polls on the audition gallery page of the main site.
I think I voted Daphne when joining, but after having read the comic, I'd say that my favorite is Betty. I'm not so sure about my initial choice of more graphical sex in what I'd like to see more of, as today I'd probably say more character development and more species/new characters. |

You know, it's been a while since I read the poll results on that page... I can't remember what I voted on for most of those polls, since it was so long ago.
I also just noticed the "Making a wish over PBB" poll again, and had to laugh at the idea of PBB action figures. Makes you wonder just how anatomically correct those toys would be... |

Hehe.. they would be cool, though.
Maybe not so much action figures, but more like the Anime-style models? Those are fairly popular and look good, and while they cost a good chunk to have manufactured, they are far less than you might expect.
I had a run done of one of the characters for the game I'm working on:
http://www.harmlesslion.com/cgi-bin/babble.cgi?2008-03-10
This was done by Gensen Figures, they do a lot of anime models. (I still have a run of 100 of these to get around to distributing ). The prototype was a bit under $1000, but the per unit cost was $15 including box - they did all the work from a couple of sketches, and I'm thrilled with the results (the box is nothing special, but the character came out great). For a 250 unit run, which was what they wanted me to do, the per unit cost dropped to $10.50 each, which would have been great except that the total cost was more important to me than the value.
I know I'd buy PBB figures! |

The trend in the Japans at the moment is for 'cast-off' figures. That is figures with removable clothing. Rather suitable for PBB don't you think?

Hehe.. quite so!
Though adding merchandise is a whole different ballgame, it could very well be more than our fine staff are willing to undertake, and I wouldn't blame them. |

Well, Vanessa does dabble in jewelry making and various other crafts. I'm sure she could handcraft something along the lines of an action figure.
Though it would take a bit longer than having them manufactured, it would mean something extra special to those who purchase them, for they were made by the artist herself. |

There's one thing to think about that springs to mind: price. How much would it cost to make, and from that, how much would someone buy one for? |
