a thigh pie is what some people not all of us mind you but here in the center states call a pussy because it is something that you eat...(you know) its almost as good as a pie and everyone likes them.

now that given i have not for got about all the bisexuals out there and the gays that is a thigh meat pie and that goes without saying.

Yes, thigh pie, also known as hair pie and poontang pie. Creampie is also a related but different term.
