As Jokaru was following the group holding the luggage he asked in a hurry.

"Pardon Vergil could I ask where your staying at so I can drop these off and join ya later? Your cases are quite heavy" ~_~

"Me, Oh no. I pay for myself." Drodel responed with a laugh. "Oh, sorry where are my manners. My name is Drodel Ovadin local blacksmith and Jewlcrafter." Drodel said standing tall then with a bow. "And y'all are?" Drodel asked as he stood upright.

"Captain Michael Merriwether," gave the lion in response, offering a paw, "Although given that I'm not on my ship, I should learn to drop the 'Captain' part, I suppose. You're local?"

To Henk he chuckles, "From one drink to a drinking contest? Now this evening is looking interesting!"

Vergil snaps his notebook shut, and turns his attention to Jokaru.

"Oh my god, I completely forgot! Sorry about that!" He cries, fumbling through his pockets as he continues his apologies. He produces a small slip of paper, with an address written on it, which he hands to the raccoon.
"A couple of the servant staff will be expecting you; just drop it off and tell them that I had you deliver it; they'll take it from there. And don't forget, afterward you're having a drink with us."

After taking care of this, he turns to Drodel, and offers a hand, sweeping the other through his jet black hair with a nervous laugh. "Sorry about that...moving day and all that. I'm Vergil Skylark."

As he shakes Drodel's hand, his eyes peer sidewise, towards Michael. "Why should you do that? You worked hard to earn that title, am I right? Only fitting you should wear it with pride. And...drinking games? Pass. Last time I played a drinking game in Bon Bon, it was with my school buddies, and it culminated in a rather awkward situation at the Delight castle involving a bedpost, fuzzy handcuffs, and a tube sock. And that's not even going into what happened to my friends."

"Oke man lets get a drink." Henk walked in the delight castle and gave his sword away.

"Weapons are not forbidden, but I don't the ladies get uncomfortable with me. They already have to fear my 2 personal swords." A maid snow vixen walked by and patted Henk's but and whispered in his ear.

"Hmm, oke after I'm done I will dance with you oke?" whispered henk back.

As Jokaru heads off to drop off the packages at the address a small glimpse of a crooked smile can be seen on the side of his face as he soon dissapears into the crowd.

(Caught me just about to head out the door. X3 )

Scurrying through the bustling streets while trying to catch up, Fuse couldn't help but feel a bit out of place. Most of the men around town were adorned in fine expensive-looking suits and clothes; the women in stunningly beautiful, albeit somewhat revealing, dresses. And here walking among them was this unkempt green fox in nothing more than a simple button shirt and slacks.

Before he can finish his thoughts, Fuse spots his targeted group stopped just up the street. Not a moment later, however, his attention is drawn upward to the massive building standing just before them. His pace slows, and his gaze wanders as he takes in its peculiar architecture. He had only heard stories about the Delight Castle and the "treasures" it held within its walls; and now it was right in front of him, drawing ever closer.

The fox is snapped back into reality, though, as he catches the serpent leading the rest inside. Shouting "Hey, wait up!", he hurries over.

"Pardon me. My name is Fuse. I came here on the same ship," he says, offering his free hand to Vergil. "This is my first time in Bon Bon, however, so I really don't know my way around. May I join your group for a while to get my bearings?"

(Okay, here's how we're gonna do this; Drodel looks like he's gonna be MIA for a bit due to problems in RL. So, we're just gonna go on with the story, and just act as if Drodel's tagging along and not really saying anything until he posts again. That way, he can still RP if he wants to when he returns.

That being said, Ball's in your court, Tursi.)

Michael chuckled, and clapped Vergil on the back, "Come on, we'll be sure to keep you away from the fuzzy handcuffs. Beyond that, no promises! It's not every day a large reptile offers to buy the rounds!"

His attention is caught by the call from the street, and he turns back as Fuse hurries over.

"Greetings, Fuse," he replies, and smiles as he tilts his head towards Henk, "That'll be up to Mr. Cobra there."

Vergil starts to protest once more at the drinking comment, but is cut short at Fuse's arrival. After a moment's thought, he smiles openly, extending his own hand to meet Fuse's. "Ah, yeah, that's right; I remember seeing you on Deck from time to time. You probably didn't see me much; I'm a bit of a Recluse."

He gives Fuse's hand a firm shake. "I'm Vergil Skylark. This here's Captain Michael Merriweather, and our reptile friend is Henk Cobra. We're also currently missing Jokaru, who was carrying my bags. And lastly, our Owl friend over there is Drodel, a friend of Henk's."

He takes off his glasses for a moment, and produces a small cloth, with which he wipes them as he speaks. "I can understand; Bon Bon's a big place, and certainly intimidating. I've been here once before, but even I'm still a bit overwhelmed. If Henk has no problem with it, I'd be glad to have you along."

"When I arrived hear I was overwhelm to, but after a few drinks and some dances it was good to be here. But for this handsome fox, I never met a green mammal before. What do you prefer for a drink? Order it at the waitress and I pay for it." Henk shakked Fuses paw and tested his handpower. "Hmm strong hand for a mammal his size"thought henk.

After Fuse ordered his drink and Vergil and Michael where also profieded Henk ordered a special for him self. Bearsborg, a drink of the Netherlands, a whiskey with spices. "So now every one is profided, what are you new ones doing in bonbon. Tell me you story what you want to tell and I will tell mine. You can almost ask me anything about bonbon. But Michael has been here before and has a reputation with some ladies here, somethings he knows better than me. Oh and enjoy your drink!" Henk clumped his shot 1 time.

(Posting this now since it's the only chance I'll get until possibly Tuesday.)

"Ah, my apologies," he replies to Tursi, grinning in slight embarrassment.

Upon greeting each member in turn, he looks back toward Vergil. "I had spotted you every now and then; though, admittedly, my attention has been drawn more toward the horizons and landscapes along this journey. It’s quite different from back home."

Fuse blushes momentarily at Henk's comment, then smiles and says "The color seems to run in the family. The bayou tends to do strange things to those living in it. And thank you."

Ordering something light, Fuse sets his bag down beside the bar and takes a moment to examine the building interior. This was nothing like he had imagined. It was all so formal and proper compared to other places. His pondering is cut short, though, by Henk's question. He motions politely toward the rest of the group. "After you."

After awhile of drinks and dances at the bar, Jokaru was still no where to be seen after leaving to drop Vergils bags off making someone abit suspicious.

Michael showed some surprise at Henk's mention of the Captain's time in BonBon, then chuckled softly, taking a drink from his pint of local ale.

"I think Henk overrates my familiarity with this town, though I have been here before. There is certainly a lady here I've quite a fancy to, if I can find her again."

He leans back a bit, letting the months of pressure ease out of his system, relaxing and stretching out his body a bit. "I'm here for the same reason as most visitors," he smiles, "a bit of quiet vacation with as little that needs to be done as possible. It's a nice contrast to my usual life where everything is my problem."

He takes another drink, letting his eyes wander the room, enjoying many of the views. When his eyes return, he focuses on the snake. "So you're a soldier, Mr Cobra?"

Vergil, now on his second glass of Brandy, sits and listens lightheartedly to the chatter, politely declining several invitations to dance. As time passes, he begins to pull his pocketwatch out of his vest, his expression growing more severe each time. Surely it couldn't take THIS long to deliver a few bags....

Henk took a new glass of cola with some whiskey. Then Henk walked to a pool table and made the table ready."Oke who wants to play with me? And don't be afraid to ask, I will not bite only if you insist."

As Henk was asking for a round of pool a sailor entered the bar looking around quickly and then approaching the bartender asked

"Pardon im looking for a mink named vergil, someone outside said she saw him maybe coming in here."

(Sadly, I feel that I must withdraw from this RP. My thoughts are too scattered and unfocused right now, and I haven't been going online much at all. When everything gets sorted out and I'm back on track, I still wish to become active here. If needed/desired for story purposes, feel free to play/manipulate Fuse as you see fit. For now, though, I bid you adieu.)

Drodel turned to the Sailor as he heared him ask for Vergil. "I saw him not to long ago... Then again i havn't seen him after that." Drodel said as he stood up and walked to the sailor. "Hey guys." Drodel said as he turned to the others. "Any one seen Vergil?" Drodel asked them. after they all said basicly no Drodel looked at the sailor, then back at the others. "I am going to go check up on him. y'all are welcome to come along." Drodel said as he started for the main door.

Michael looked around, "I though Vergil was right here...?", and shrugged, realizing the mink could retrieve Drodel and bring him back. The lion got up and collected a new drink from a waitress, then followed Henk to the pool table, his eyes narrowing just a little.

"Mr Cobra," he began, picking up a stick and chalking it carefully. "You seem exceptionally familiar with this town.. and you appear to be some sort of solider for hire, I understand?"

He collects the triangle and nods towards the end of the table, centering the balls, "You break," he interjects.

"I must admit," he notes, "that it's not exactly an ordinary visit, this time. Certainly I could not normally leave the steamship during such a busy travel season. It could be, if you are not here for a vacation yourself, that I may be interested in hiring your services." He smiles, lifting the triangle and presenting the pool balls ready to go. "But please, I don't wish to interrupt plans that you may already have."

(Ugh. Sorry. Been busy recently; Grandfather's pacemaker's been failing, lots of health issues to deal with for him.)

Vergil, still riding the end of the bar, has taken to checking his pocketwatch so much it appears he's obsessive-compulsive. His eyes are narrowed in worry, and his fingers tap the counter impatiently. He raises his head at his name's mention, and as Drodel passes him, he calls out.

"Right here. Someone looking for me?"
