How large are you suppose to be Kommy? The actual size my fursona was created was to stand exactly 6' tall, with Labrn towering about another foot above me.

That's more inclined for the Bucky O'Hare styled background and comic Labrn works on. Since our characters are different and stand out amongst the rest of our kind, where fur and hair colors come in many varieties, its height and build that set us apart.

Here at Bon Bon though, where we have so many other species, outfits, and everything, you don't really need height to contrast you to the other members. A bright outfit, being a certain species, or simply wearing your hair a certain way can easily make you stand out in Vanessa's style, since she's very detail oriented.

There are some animal types I just can't imagine having a certain height or build. Like 7 foot tall mouse. Or a 5 foot tall obese bull.

I think that I tend to picture cats as being of average height and size, which contributed to my confusion about Labrn's height.

Well, like Mystic put it, I don't mind if my character's size is accurately depicted in the comic. Infact, I find it much more beneficial to be put as the same height as my partner. That way we "line up" all the more closer to one another. Right? *Playfully nudges Symphony*

Personally, I prefer the woman to be shorter than me, and the same with women compared to Tadelesh. I wouldn't say no to a woman of the same height or taller, but there is a preference. Razz

What height a man is varies for my tastes. As I've discussed here and there, any size has its place in a fantasy. A short man will get the luxury of finding his face buried in the chest of a taller woman, while a larger man will enjoy feeling twice as big and powerful picking up a smaller woman and slamming her to the wall, or between another gentleman of similar size.

I agree with you about height, Mystic. Contrasts can look really good together and can create very interesting sex scene. That's why I chose to have a tall fursona, and why I really like seeing people pick bodytypes that are different from the general tendency, like what Xebulon has. That's also why I'm loking forward to see more of Tsavo, as I think he'll look really good in Bon Bon. I've been waiting for someone to pick a big and more muscular avatar.

You know, I could've sworn the topic of character height came up in some other thread in the past... oh well.

I don't know how tall my fursona is, but he seems to be fairly average in height, which I guess fits well with his species (coyotes are basically between wolves and foxes in size). It also gives me a chance to play a character a bit unlike myself in real-life... I'm actually fairly tall, and get noticed and commented on my height quite often, to the point where it's gotten annoying for me. Having a fursona who's of average size is sort of a relief in that sense.

Originally, I had Mystic at exactly 6'. That was when dealing with the rest of the Aldaberran kind, and anyone from the Aniverse, as they all tended to be shorter and I was all about the "bury your face in my cleavage" style at the time. Though, I find it a bit sexier now if I'm slightly shorter than my partners. Its all about the eye contact. Keeping a focused gaze upon him while administering whatever acts I choose. You can see it in their psyche how they squirm with pleasure.

I had to use an online converter to figure out how tall that is, Henk (as a U.S. citizen, I'm too used to using feet and inches when talking about height measurements).

1.81 meters = 5 feet, 11 1/4 inches

by comparison, I'm around 6'4" tall in real life...

6 feet, 4 inches = 1.9304 meters

The only women I've been with have been shorter than me. I find that the perfect height is if she can easily rest her head on my chest or shoulder when we're cuddling. I love that.

Depends on what we're looking for. Most of my girlfriends have been an inch or two taller, shorter, or the same height as me. That's if we're looking for a lasting relationship or something more than physical.

If its just physical though, heh heh, I like'em petite. Such as Mystic put it, toss 'em up in the air, light and easy to move about. Perhaps some of that "Around the world" type of fling where you go from room to room with a new position in each one.

Though, that's just height we're talking about. What about girth?

I've dated girls who were both "skinny as a rail" and had some "junk in the trunk"... the skinny girls, well, they were a bit like Labrn already said: light and easy to carry around. One apt phrase I've heard for them is "spinners"... it shouldn't take much imagination to figure out why. The downside?: I'm a big guy, so certain positions could easily crush a tiny girl. That's why I also like dating girls with a bit more heft to them... there's "more cushion for the pushin'," as the saying goes. Wink
