Jana, here are some ideas for you:
1. Videos of your live shows on DVD
2. Exclusive or extended photoshoots on CD or in ZIP files with behind the scenes pics and outtakes
3. Wall Posters - preferably non-nude shots from some of your photosets
If I think of anything else, I'll let you know

Here's another idea...
It would be nice to get a compilation of the videos on your site on dvd. I'd love to see some of those clips on a really big screen.

| jana i think you should sell every video you've ever apeared in or at least the ones you like. perhaps some of the videos could be edited to feature you. i would guess there might be royalty and copyrite issues .cam or someone could deal with that stuff. |

No there will be no problem with copyrite,beocuse I can buy all my videos and DVDs from the companies and use them.I will try to buy as much as I can.But only the good ones lol.

How about:
1. Personalized photoshoots, where the fan provides the wardrobe and for a price we get a CD or DVD of all the shots from our personalized photoshoot...maybe even a video to go with the set... I know alot of other models make a mint on stuff like this... Jana should be a millionaire in no time 
2. Personalized signed 8X10s.
3. Signed magazines you have appeared in.
Just some more ideas,

Yeah, Jana, electrondady has a good idea. I noticed that Kyla Cole does that at her site store (sell's video's she's been in - I think, if I remember correctly from when I checked her site out a few months back).
I don't know what kind of deal Kyla set up in order to sell the videos, of course, but I imagine she must get a percentage of anything sold through her store.
And doing such a thing would sure make it easier for your fans who are having trouble finding some of the titles.
Ok, there's my two-cents, now I'll shut up

I know she does this.My plan is to buy soem of the videos i made from the productions adn than sell them on my website.

Oh that sounds cool, Jana. I promise if you selling them at your site, I will buy them. I have to be honest I have never purchased any of your full-length video's yet. So there may be many I will have to buy when you start to seel them LOL.

Jana, you may be able to hook something up with a distributor, so that you don't have to buy anything until you actually have an order for something ... Maybe like be a "middle man" (or "middle woman" lol) with a distributor. Then all you have to do is advertise, and then send any orders you receive to the distributor to package and ship. This way you don't need any "upfront" money, and you will not have to maintain any inventory ... Just an idea.

Thanks! Alaska was great, but too cold for me! I'm not used to that cold of weather, but otherwise it's a fantastic place. I will be going back in about two weeks to finish up things there, but I'll only be gone a week to 10 days at the most next trip (or maybe stay a few extra days and site-see).

No, Jana doesn't have copies of all her work. We're talking about her full length feature films that she's made. She does not have these on her comp. The video's Jana has are those she's made specifically for her site (ie., video's by Misha, etc). She has those and already offers them as free downloads to site members. They can be found under "Video and Chat". It's her DVD movies she's going to look into selling through her store when it opens. Also, I imagine once she sets it up, she probably will offer the web-shows as video downloads, perhaps for a fee, or perhaps free along with the other video's available to members ... I guess we'll find all that out once she and Matt get all the logistics worked out.
So hang in there ... I'm anxious too for when the new site is ready, and the new store because I'm sure we're going to see a lot of new things. The "grand opening" of jana's new site and new store, etc., may be pretty exciting (so we're counting on Matt to make the wait worth it !?!).

What is the issue receiving CD's in the mail? I'm confused. I receive CD's and DVDs from Amazon.com and Colunbia House all the time. I've never had any problems (if the problem is packaging, I am sure most of the adult sites that ship things usually ship them discreetly packaged).
There is nothing to worry about if you are dealing with a legitmate web-site. Naturally, there are many "crooks" out there too, and the porn industry certainly has its share ... But those are the places that no one ever heard of in the first place (the spammer sites). Most legitmate sites go through a billing agency, such as ccbill.com (Jana uses them), or paycom.net, and several others. And these are legitimate agencies that have web-sites of their own, and maintain records of all your transactions that you can review whenever you wish ... They also take some measures to ensure their client sites are running a legitimate web-site.
In most cases, you can see who will actually be charging your account before you provide the number ... So that gives you the opportunity to check the billing agency out before you provide too much information. And if it's not among the "known" billing agencies, then maybe you shouldn't provide credit card information. But if it is one of the better known billing agency's, then you should not have anything to be concerned about.
Besides if you use a regular credit card (as opposed to a Debit credit card), you are only responsible for the first $50.00 in the case of a theft/ misuse of your card (if that's any consolation) ... At least in the USA consumer credit cards have this protection - I do not know about other countries, but I assume they probably have some kind of similar protection ... You can check that via the bank that issued your card.
The sites you may hear of or be referred to that relate to Jana, or carry photosets of Jana are legitimate adult sites, and are run professionally.
If Jana or any of her fans/site members have any unusual dealings with any site, they will post something to the Community to let people know to be careful of a particular site. No one wants to see anyone be taken advantage of, and we all try to look out for each other in this regard as much as possible.

A safe strategy to use ... If the offer sounds too good to be true ... You could be dealing with a spam site that may rip you off. Those are the ones you need to be careful of.

I refer to the "bad" sites as spam sites because I don't know what else to call them, and I'm guessing they are among those that are filling our mail boxes with porn spam. I've never received spam from a legitimate site like Jana's or Suze Randall, or DDGirls, etc. |

Thanks for the reply.
Yes I'm not a member yet. I spent most of last year unemployed and have only just recently found another good job and am having a good time at it. So it may be a few months till I get back on my feet but I do intend to join jana's website because she is so friendly and really makes it nice for us to feel welcome and participate with her in her daily happenings. And yes I'd love to see her live shows which you all rave about. I saw a video short of her and a girl last night and it was nothing short of breathtaking.
So I cant wait to see what treats Jana has for us on her site and also the baby photos would be nice to see. I'm sure she was a real cutie pie when she was younger and all the boys in school would have loved to have been her friend. She has the face of an angel and the body of a godess and she's a real nice lovely down to earth girl who is willing to give her time to us. That's what makes it special for me.
