*shakes his head at Labrn* Labrn, I'm disapointed in you. No Dunwich Horror and/or King in Yellow expansion boxes?

Oh lordy. Don't go giving him ideas Xebulon. He's already got a stack that goes from the floor to the ceiling. Rolling Eyes

As much as I'd love to gather more of them Xebulon, I'm afraid that game wasn't as popular with the few friends I have who play board games. Confused

However! I did find a league for which I can play Warhammer 40,000 with, and I couldn't be happier. Well, actually I could. I've played three games with the new 5th edition rules, and I'm afraid the gambling moves I made in my two league matches both came in defeat. Embarassed

However, I did win a 3rd match (though it didn't count for our league). It was a 2 on 1 match. My Eldar vs Necrons + Tau.

As much as I'd love to build a 40k army (I've got a great idea for an Imperial Guard army) I'm afraid I don't have the artistic talent necessary. Which is why I'm glad to have found AT-43. Smile

I'm currently working on assembling a UNA army. While each box of minitures might cost more than Games Workshop figures, they come pre-assembled and pre-painted. You can open the box and start playing right away instead of having to wait a day or two while assembling and painting.

That definitely has holds high regard against Games Workshop. Thats the kind of thing people will pay extra for, in compared to choosing plastic or Eavy metal with Games Workshop.
