I was wondering what Zodiac sign do you identafy your charicter with?

Personaly with my main one, i belive that he is a gemini. Especaly when he tends to switch between bad ass, nice guy, and ladys man offten some times at the drop of a hat.

Is better for me that my character is the same as my zodiac sign, Libra because I don't think I could give my character a different sign that I'm not.

Okay, so normally I would be with everyone else and say that my fursona's zodiac sign would fall in line with my own, but it doesn't. I purposefully fudged my character's birthdate and year so that I wouldn't have to worry too much about how old he really is, since on the bio page of the site he's listed as 26 but I've always written him as 27 (and I also keep aging faster than my fursona in real life).

Basically, his birthday is "sometime in the spring" in either 1868 or 1869. I'll go ahead and say he's an Aries, like myself, but as far as the Chinese Zodiac goes, it's more complicated. Doing the math, 1868 is the year of the Dragon, and 1869 the year of the Snake. (IRL, I was born in 1980, the year of the Monkey).

If everyone would like, I can try and set up a chart for people to figure out what year on the Chinese zodiac corresponds with your character's birth year (remember, take your charcter's age and subtract from 1895 for the birth year).

That would be a good idea to have a zodiac chart, so we can see what sign goes under our character, but you would have to find the year of 1800s. I've only seen the chart goes to 1900s.

I found these years with simple math, since the zodiac signs follow a 12 year cycle. Click the link below each sign's name for a description of the sign. Also remember that the Chinese Lunar calendar doesn't correspond with the Gregorian Calendar, so the Chinese New Year usually falls in late January to mid February, depending on the year. I've yet to find any information on the exact dates of the Chinese New Year before 1900, so if your character's birthdate falls anywhere in that January-February gap, use your best guess.

Doing a little detective work, I may have found the Chinese Zodiac Signs for many of the main and supporting characters of the story.

Betty and William were both born in the Year of the Monkey
Violet and the Champagne Sisters were born in the Year of the Rooster
Daphne, Sibilla, and Red were born in the Year of the Snake
Simon was born in the Year of the Dog
Loucille was born in the Year of the Ox
George was born in the year of the Sheep

I had trouble figuring out Hans and Mary:
Mary, being an Aquarius (Jan 20-Feb 18 ), was born right in that gap between the end of the Year of the Dog and the beginning of the Year of the Pig.
Hans, on the other hand, being 27 years old, should have been born in 1868, meaning he was born in the Year of the Dragon. Unfortunately, in the bio on the site, it lists his birthyear as 1841, which would make him 54 years old and born in the Year of the Ox.

Also, obviously, I couldn't chart Edelweiss or Scarlet Blut's signs, since neither of them has an age or birthyear listed.

In the Chinese zodiac there are many more variations for each sign depending on what time you are born, place ect.

I find my Chinese sign much more in tune with my personallity then the western. As a Dragon I crave solitude and a castle over looking a cliff or mountainside. Which in R/L would suit me down to the ground. Twisted Evil

Now that i think about it, i think i will go with the dog, but it would mean that i would have to set Evan's age lower to 21 and would clash with Johnny, but i think the clashes would take form of the two doing gun based one up man ship(aka trying to better each other with gun tricks.)
