Considering this will likely be an RP for folks who already have PBB avatars or are in the process of developing fursonas, I don't see why you would need to put the thread in the General Forum rather than the PBB forum. I again point out that not everyone who uses the General forum is from PBB, and anyone coming from another site would be confused by the context of a bunch of furry characters in a 19th century murder mystery.

Having the game itself set in Scotland, though, is an excellent idea. However, will the game be set before 1895, or after? Just wondering.

As I have mentioned in a previous post, there have been objections to the setting in bonbon and wether it was approprate at all considering the nature of the forum. So to save any argument I suggested moving the game to the general forum.

As to the confusion it would cause to non-PBB users, then I will include a short explanatory introduction.(Anything you can't cope with is there for your own problem: Trillian, hitch-hikers guide to the galaxy)

The Game will be set on New Years eve 1895 and will open with an incident within a mile or so of the castle.

Before I commit my self to a "Forum" for this game I would like to ask everyone on the PBB forum if they would have any objection to having the game remain on the PBB forum, as this would it seem avoid confusion and need of explanation to non-PBB viewers.

The setting for the game as previously stated is now located in the city of Edinburgh in Scotland,Great Britain and not BonBon it's self. I will try to provide a map of the city and it's environs so participents can follow the action and hopefully this will also help with the story telling .

If any one has any objection then please state it on this thread, if no censure is posted then I will proceed with the game on the PBB forum

I dont have any objections either. This is a roleplay board. Albeit, the scenario is a bit darker, but we're all adults here, right? We can understand that this is just a roleplay between us all and wont carry over to the image of the real Bon Bon world.

This RP will really give me a chance to express Ernest in the way I intended. I admit, my view of the character is pretty dark and depressing. So if it looks like I'm torturing poor Ernie, it's cuz I'm encouraging his growth and developement. I think... Twisted Evil

As Foxonian said, I don't think it's appropriate talking of murderers and rippers here, Ronald told me time and time again that in PBB's comic mustn't be present extreme violence (aside from a few merry brawls) Smile

But if you want to open a RP with him remember that it'll be a non-canonical thing, and you should take care not to describe particularly violent scenes, after all this is a jolly site full of positivity. Therefore I gotta ask you kindly to play nice. Wink
